David W. Barnes Funeral Home is independently owned and operated by David and Carol Barnes of Coffeyville, Kansas. In fact, it is the only funeral home in all of Montgomery County that has continuous and everyday involvement by the owners.

Our competitors, who are owned by corporations with headquarters in big cities, typically employee people who live out of town. This corporate environment leads to a lesser amount of revenue being reinvested in the community.
