Robert Lewis Sprague, 59, of Coffeyville, Kansas passed away Wednesday, May 6, 2015 at St. John's Hospital in Tulsa, Oklahoma.\n\nRobert was born January 24, 1956 in Coffeyville, Kansas to Lewis and Fern (Nickel) Sprague. Robert was a life-long Coffeyville resident, attending Coffeyville schools.\n\nRobert was an avid Kansas City Royals and Kansas City Chiefs fan. He worked at Nu-Way Foodliners until 1997 when it merged with Country Mart. He transferred there and had been currently working there up until his death.\n\nRobert was preceded in death by both of his parents and an infant twin brother.\n\nHe is survived by a sister, Kathy Green, a brother, David Sprague, a half-sister, Margaret Dixon, three nephews, Jamie Green, Jason Green and Jeremy Green and two nieces, Laura Sprague and Machelle Sprague.\n\nFuneral services will be 2:00 p.m., Saturday, May 9, 2015 at Grace Fellowship Church with Pastor Joe Brooks officiating. Burial will follow at Elmwood Cemetery.\n\nFriends may call at the David W. Barnes Funeral Home on Friday, May 8 from noon until 8:00 p.m.
