Coffeyville - \n\nShirley Nutter, 80, of Coffeyville, passed away Thursday January 3, 2012 at Jane Phillips Medical Center in Bartlesville, OK. \n\nShe was born on September 25, 1932 to Albert and Lorraine (Carnell) Duncan in Edna, KS. She grew up and attended school in Edna, and graduated from Valeda High School. \n\nShe married Bill Nutter, who precedes her in death. \n\nShirley worked at ACC in Independence for 30 years, she later retired. \n\nShe enjoyed gardening, being outside and reading. \n\nShe is survived by one daughter; Saundra "Sandy" Willis and husband Ben of Coffeyville, one son; Randy Duncan of Coffeyville, one sister; Wilma Manley of Hoisington, KS., three grandchildren; Scott Willis of MO, Kevin Willis of MO, and Trisha Vineyard of Shaw AFB, SC; four great-grandchildren; two nieces, one nephew; and two great-nieces and one great-newphew. \n\nShe was preceded in death by her husband, parents and two brothers; Dean Duncan and Melvin Duncan. \n\nGraveside service will be at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, January 5, 2013 at Restlawn Memorial Park Cemetery. \n\nFriends may sign the register book Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the David W. Barnes Funeral Home in Coffeyville..
