Wednesday, May 29, 2019Sandy and I grew up together eating mud pies. playing outside till dark' she taught me how wonderful a Mustard and Mayo sandwich could be. We enjoyed harassing our little Sisters Jody and Pam. We loved playing with paper doll jumping rope and roller skating, climbing in that old broken down hotel and of course catching crawdads after a rain with a string, safety pin and a piece of bread. Sandy is only 9 days older than me but she would pull her seniority when necessary. I move away right before we started High School but I still carry with me all the Good Memories I have of her and Jody. All we have is our happy memories of our love ones and this keeps them alive in our hearts and minds. So to Sandys family hold tight to memories for comfort, on your friends for strength and remember you are loved ! It's not what we have in life but who we have in our life that matters and I was blessed to know your Mother.

Tuesday, May 28, 2019My sincere and heartfelt condolences go out to my sister Dorie and her family, to Kaylee, Michael and Larry James and their families and to the family of Shane Alan. Sandy and I grew up in a family where we didn't have much, but love was easily shown. Even though we lost our dad at a young age, we all did our best to struggle through without him. Sandy and I were only 13 months apart in age so we always were close in size, heart and soul. We had our differences at times, but we always did our best to look after each other. We always knew we could count on each other to be a sounding board. I always felt Poor Sandy, She seemed to get all the hard knocks in life, Seemed like if something bad was going to happen, it would happen to Sandy, but she always put one foot in front of the other and managed to keep moving forward. She kept going on through many trials and errors. Now her big struggles are over and I am going to miss her so much. Just knowing your mom was just a phone call away, was so comforting Kaylee and I know how much you all are going to miss knowing that as well. . But I guess now, Sandy can finally rest easy, as she is with the Lord Jesus, back with Dad, Mom, Shane and Barb. (That last should be a very interesting reunion.) I Love you all and feel your pain, sorrow and loss. Love you, Aunt Jody
